Description：

• Support GBS team for employee profile  management

• Support to organize company training  activities and improve training services

• Support to be as an interface regarding  employee information between GBS and HRBP

• Help prepare or file people services  related documents when needed

• Support projects

• Other ad hoc  tasks

Qualifications：

·         Human Resources or related major  preferred

·         Graduate students graduating in 2018 is  preferred

·         Attention to detail – able to produce  reports, letters, etc.

·         Drive for  results

·         Organization, prioritization and follow  through skills

·         Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint  etc.

·         Good English skills
