Admin support to regional team, e.g. forms application, expense claim
Admin support to family of expatriate, e.g. bill collection & payment, cell phone
Assistant on keeping Shanghai Branch clean and safe
Assistant on Shanghai branch, e.g. rental and management fee, stationary order
Coordinator on Shanghai branch decoration
Other task from Supervisor
Requirement:
Bachelor degree, at least 3 days per week, detail-oriented, willing to learn
