Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with various projects and it is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in HR areas. If you are an aspiring human resources professional, passionate about the world of HR, we want to hear from you !
 
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with Human Resources employee communications, including collecting information and data consolidation
Provide administrative support for Human Resources department, including arranging logistics and payments
Assist in coordination of employee activities and events
Assist with HR/Training related projects as needed
Assist with Training logistics and materials
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be a student currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher pursing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management or related degree
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be detail-oriented
Must work with a high sense of urgency and be able to maintain confidentially
Good with Technology
