The job description is as below:

1. Aftersales training registration, both for Maserati and Alfa Romo; the training registration includes training invitation, training logistic, training setup (classroom, hotel, catering);

2. Training records, including record the training onboard rate, record the final test, record the training questionnaires, and training monthly summary;

3. Training material organizations, including coordinated the material translation, printing, stock;

4. Dealer Intelligence, to analyze the dealer aftersales turnover and plan the different training courses according to the training record/ missed training;

5. Other training relevant work.
