Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on different recruitment websites; search and screen CVs
- Conduct first-round phone screening of junior level candidates
- Actively get involved in campus recruitment
- Arrange interviews for candidates with the business teams
- Integrate, maintain and update the talent database
- Integrate reference check contacts
- Other HR related ad hoc projects

Requirements:
- Students pursuing bachelor or master degree graduating after 2017 (We don't accept applications from 2016 graduates)
- Fluent written and oral English (CET6 & ABOVE)
- Strong learning agility
- Detail oriented with can-do attitude
- Good team player
- Able to work over 3 months and 3-4 days a week

Welfare:
- Allowance: RMB120 per day
