KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
Monthly movement report
Turnover rate and exit interview for China Retail
HR System
Take related actions on HR system according to the staff movement
Recruitment
Website posting and refreshing
CV first screening
Interview arrangement
Update the database of recruiting
Other HR issues:
Offer and Contract preparation for Store Staff
Cooperate with HR vendor for staff on board or departure notice
Deliver coupon and check Birthday name list
Other ad-hoc tasks if needed
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
College's degree or above, Human Resource Management, Business English and other related disciplines
Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, well organized and efficient
Proactive, good attitude, willing to learn, highly flexible & adaptive
Good team worker, Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
Excellent command of English and Mandarin
At least 4 days per week, 5 days per week is preferred, continuously for 6 months
