职位描述

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting

  • Monthly movement report

  • Turnover rate and exit interview for China Retail

HR System

  • Take related actions on HR system according to the staff movement

Recruitment

  • Website posting and refreshing

  • CV first screening

  • Interview arrangement

  • Update the database of recruiting

Other HR issues:

  • Offer and Contract preparation for Store Staff

  • Cooperate with HR vendor for staff on board or departure notice

  • Deliver coupon and check Birthday name list

  • Other ad-hoc tasks if needed

 

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • College's degree or above, Human Resource Management, Business English and other related disciplines

  • Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, well organized and efficient

  • Proactive, good attitude, willing to learn, highly flexible & adaptive

  • Good team worker, Good communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel                  

  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin

  • At least 4 days per week, 5 days per week is preferred, continuously for 6 months
