1. Be responsible for daily operational issues filing, mailing/express, office maintenance & stationery etc.
2. To ensure the smooth operation of the office facility.
3. Maintain business schedules and meeting appointments.
4. Other tasks may signed by managers.

5. Proficient office software skill, especially in Word and Excel
6. Working at least 3 days per week;
