【Position Summary】: 
Assist trade compliance specialist on product data collection, internal/external communication, filing, and other assigned works. 
【Major Responsibilities】: 
 Collect product data from intranet, or other TFS internal systems. 
 Communicate with internal product managers, field engineers, or other parties for product data confirmation. 
 Sort out data on hand and upload to system if necessary. 
 Other ad hoc jobs assigned. 
【Educational Qualifications】: 
 University degree 
【Skills needed】: 
 Good English skills in reading and writing. 
 Good Office skills, especially Excel. 
 >3 full days available in office per week
