KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

1 Support raw material procurement for routine

2 System data maintenance and purchasing documentation archiving activities;

3 Internal and external coordination for payment, documentation transferring, and delivery etc;

4 Market Information collection and monthly report preparation.

5 Other assigned works from department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. College or university students at least 3 days per week ( more working days will be plus)

2. Quick-learner and good communicator

3. Fluent English, both in oral and writing;

4. Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus;

5. Good excel and data collection skill
