What you are going to help with

- Daily check of the stores performances and KPI

- Weekly analysis of the stores ST and adjustment of the stores stock

- Support in organizing the monthly receiving of goods and transfer among the stores.

- Be responsible for the order of stores stationary and uniforms

- Support in the setting of the weekly store promotions according to the stores sale trend

- Support in the commission calculating process (check the individual commissions for each store).

- Sales report preparing

- Support store's daily operation

- Retail team administration work (e.g..sales meeting supporting)

What we expect you have got

- Detailed, patient

- Prefer long term, 6 months at least

- Good at English and EXCEL (Vlookup and pivot table is a must)

- Luxury or retail related experience is a plus

- Adaptable for multitasks, good memory is a plus

- Fashion sense is a plus
