Job Title: Product Support Assistant Engineer

Core Accountabilities:

1 Deal with after sales tire warranty process with dealers and tire supplier.

2 Deal with 3R early-warning analysis and statistics sharing.

3 Deal with production related issues handling by communication with Quality, and onsite investigation in dealership if necessary.

4 Closely work with crossing teams to work out solutions for filed issues.

Job Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above

2 Majored in vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering, excellent fresh graduates can be considered

3 Work experience in product quality area would be preferred

4 Good English

5 Good PC skills and IT knowledge
