KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
The assistant is responsible for performing general and specific support functions to the Management Team in Polymers GC.
- Assist Management Team Polymers GC on daily necessities (e.g. travel arrangement, calendar management, meeting organization, translation, presentation preparation etc.);
- Arrange logistics for internal and external visitors;
- Provide support to internal meetings and customer events;
- Collect and consolidate monthly reports (e.g. sales, technical and distribution reports);
- Maintain and update of customer data base;
- Effective filing and management of documents, reports, sales records, etc.;
- Stationary ordering system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- Experienced in related secretarial support functions, 1-2 year relevant working experience preferred;
- Bachelor or above degree in business related or English;
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word etc.);
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing);
- Experience with SAP preferred;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good working attitude and self-motivation.
