3.负责会议室的安排预定;
4.负责收发快递;
5.负责传真件的收发工作;
6.负责文具等借用的登记;
7.负责考勤登记;
8.其他上级交待的行政工作;
9.协助办理员工出差订酒店机票,办理签证等事宜。
工作要求:
1.良好的沟通能力;
2.基本英语会话的能力;
3.做事认真、细心、负责
4.大专及以上学历

2.Take care of office supply as required;
3.Help employees for daily activities;
4.Other requirements from senior.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above;
2.Good spoken English, able to conduct routine conversations in English;
3.Good PC software application skills. (MS Office and Outlook Express);
4.Strong sense of responsibility;
5.Relevant experience preferred.
