The responsibilities and tasks of Administration

1.Transact the annual inspection of various company licences

2.Office daily operation,such as the normal operation of office equipment and the purchasinge of office supplies

3.Book tickets,hotels and conference venues as needed

4.Assist in the decoration and moving of office

The responsibilities and tasks of HR

1.Staff’s recruitment and layoff 

2.Employees’social security fund and housing provident fund

3.Release recruitment ads, screen resumes and make appointments of interview

4.Campus recruitments and propagandas

5.Intern interview, recruitment and management

The responsibilities and tasks of Accounting Department

1.Make cash flow statement

2.Accounting and statistics of project profit

3.Statistics of project time

4.Other financial work

Requirements

1.Collegedegree or above (fresh graduates)

2.Good command of English in writing e-mail , at least CET 4

3.At least 5 days per week(can tell you whether or not retained in 2 months)

Intern Allowance: RMB 80/day

Formal employee salary is RMB 4500-5000 / month (according to your working performance) and the annual bonus is 1-3months' salary.
