1. Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment team to identify the staffing
needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to
meet company policies and standards
2. Follow and improve the whole recruitment
process including job description clarification, interview guide design,
interviews, tests, offer negotiation and preparation
3. Develop and maintain
different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness
4. Prepare
weekly open position report, monthly recruiting fee report and other report
required by supervisor
5. Other tasks from supervisor
