Job Detail:
1.raise pr for office related;
2.maintain the tracking form for office expense management ;
3.Ensure all office operations billings are filled in time and within budget;
4.Implement office operation policies and procedures compliantly;
5.Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory;
6.Prepare office operation reports on time.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above Degree, business related major preferred;,
2.Fluent in English,especially reading & written skills ;
3.Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages, such as Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);
4. Well communication and can work with others.
