Key Responsibilities/Challenges

1. Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment team to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet company policies and standards

2. Follow and improve the whole recruitment process including job description clarification, interview guide design, interviews, tests, offer negotiation and preparation

3. Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness

4. Other tasks from supervisor  

Qualifications & Skills

1. Students with valid student ID Card

2. Fluent Mandarin, Good English (both listening & speaking)

3. Good personal character & should be a team player

4. Other requirements include PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

5. 3-5 days/week
