Title: HR Intern, Learning & Development

Roles/Responsibilities:

§  Responsible for training logistics

§  Assist in LMS data tracker – course roster, attendance and test score record

§  Support training survey feedback collection and summarization

§  Document translations if needed

§  Other L&D ad-hoc tasks assigned

Background/Experience/Credentials:

§  Major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources or related

§  Fluent English in both verbal and written

§  Strong ownership and sense of responsibility

§  Detail-oriented, high efficiency and eager to learn

§  Outgoing person with strong team work spirit

§  Be proficient at MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

§  HR related internship experience preferred

§  Able to work 2-3 days a week for more than 4 months

§  Third-year / master student preferred

Salary / Allowance:

§  RMB 100/day, it is subject to Individual Income Tax
