n    Talent data analysis

n    Strategic   HR project support including talent, employee value proposition and learning   area

n    Administrator   of learning and training programs

n    Administrator   of leadership and talent program

n    Trainer/trainee   engagement

Required   Qualifications & Experience

n  Bachelor   Degree

n  Hard   skill: Fluent written English, business writing skill, interested in Human   resources management

n  Soft skill: Good communication   skill, Team-work spirit and willing to learn
