Major Tasks:
1. Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, recruitment data management.
2. Training organization support, including material preparation, venue setup, on-site support, training record summary and documentation
3. Support in employee service and activities, such as off-work seminar, annual outing and other personnel related documentation
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in related major
2. Proactive with “can do” attitude
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to give fast response
4. Customer Service oriented mindset with strong ownership
5. Be able to work with details carefully
6. Good command of English in both spoken and written
7. Be familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT
8. Can work at least 3 days per week, Grade 1-3 students are preferred
