本岗位负责同时支持两个部门:人力资源部(60%)私募股权及并购业务部(40%)
HR Team Part Responsibilities:
New employee on boarding facilitating.
HR data analysis & maintenance.
Employee exit process facilitating.
HR reports writing, data analysis.
Recruitment facilitating.
Training facilitating.
PEMA Team Part Responsibilities:
Assists in research, analysis and finding of M&A community and client and prospect management system inputs.
Assists in the coordination (language) with Marsh practices and supports functions on new business pitches, revenue recognitions and associated financial reporting.
Support to manage PE M&A related projects, and arrange related activities with PEMA clients and Marsh executives.
Manages the routine work for director, and formats assistance of documents per projects from requests for information, reports , to invoicing .
Requirements:
Attention to details.
Good English and PC skills.
The third year of undergraduate, first or second year of postgraduate.
Can work 4 days a week, lasting 6 months.
