Job Responsibilities:
1. Support travel arrangements domestically and internationally (booking hotels, transportation, etc)
2. Order office stationery in time .
4. Check monthly expense of express, office stationery, air-tickets, hotel charges and make the payment accordingly
5. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
1. Good English skills
2. Proficient use in Microsoft Office
3. Can work at least 3 days per week
