JOB DESCRIPTION

a)         Provide technical support to resellers

b)        SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base repository and translation verification

c)         Project Translation verification

d)        PPT preparation for hot issues which VARs are asking a lot recently

e)        Testing environment maintain

f)          Assistant engineers to solve issues

g)         Coordinate event like VAR workshop meeting and Beta testing of End customers.

-            给SOLIDWORKS代理商提供基本的技术支持工作

-            撰写知识库的内容给代理商和客户提供参考

-            一些技术文档的翻译工作

-            撰写PPT,常出现问题的总结汇总

-            参与项目和协调工作

-            测试环境的维护

-            辅助工程师的日常技术工作

-            参与和组织代理商活动，例如VAR的workshop 和客户的Beta测试等

REQUIREMENTS:  

a)         Strong written communication skills in English, and Chinese

b)        With experience of using SOLIDOWRKS or relevant Software like UG, Pro/E.

c)         Detail Orientated and ability to work independently or in team environment

d)        Postgraduate or university student, who can work in office at least 3 days each week

f)       Major: Mechanical Design or relevant
