1. Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for compiling different monthly reports, such as attrition, training, headcounts development, etc.
- Conduct basic analysis as instructed by HRBP
- Assist to provide HRBP support and services to line managers and employees
- Support HRBP for ad-hoc assignments
2. Requirements:
- University degree with internship experience in HR function is a plus
- Can come to work 3 days per week
- Carefulness and diligent
- Good at Excel and Powerpoint
- Good at communication
- Quick learner
