Accountabilities
- Provide high quality service to overseas HR in:
- Staff record capturing and data maintenance in company HRIS
- Organizational Chart updates
- e-Learning management and training record maintenance
- Job posting in both internal and external website
- Administration support
- Reports analysis
- Standardize HR practice according to corporate guidelines.
- Help HR to understand system, guide policies and other corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Headquarter teams in daily work.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- Good command of both oral and written English is a MUST.
- Advanced level in MS Applications, and basic knowledge of HRIS will be valued.
- A fast learner with self-learning ability, has drive to keep abreast of new concept and knowledge.
- Customer-focused and has strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure independently.
- Must be a team player.

- 为海外各分公司提供高质量的人力资源服务:
- 公司人力资源系统内的员工信息录入与数据维护
- 更新公司组织架构图
- 公司线上课程的管理及培训记录的维护
- 公司内部及外部的招聘信息的发布
- 行政工作支援
- 各类报告制作及分析
- 根据公司指导方针规范人力资源
- 帮助各分公司HR了解人力资源系统,公司指导方针及其他倡议
- 配合总部完成其他人力资源相关工作
任职资格
- 本科学历
- 必须拥有良好的口语及书面英语表达能力
- 能够良好运用MS各类工具,了解HRIS基本知识者更佳
- 拥有自主学习能力及良好领悟力,能够对新知识和概念有自我驱动力的学习者更佳
- 有服务精神及强烈责任心
- 能够自我激励,有良好的解决问题能力,能在压力下独立工作
- 具有团队协作能力
