Space Planner Intern

Job Description:

Duties include;

1.     To survey buildings and update existing Auto CAD layouts with DC room.

2.     Project support and document management.

3.     Assist with space planning to implement major office work order, LDO, Office Change, etc…, to deliver office occupancy/vacancy statistics and analysis, complete data input and maintenance in OPUS.

4.     To prepare office, lab and project layout using Auto CAD.

Job Requirements: 

1.     Engineering college graduates required, English CET-4 above.

2.     Strong computers skills, particularly with the Auto CAD, Microsoft Office suite and Excel.

3.     Excellent communication skills preferential admit.
