Key Tasks for the Participant:
1. Check the main input such as legal entity, sales target, marcom fund, chop & signature, etc.
2. Chop on the qualified agreements and summarize distributor data accordingly
3. Scan the agreement and filing by team and region
4. Finalize the distributor list for Channel Management Team/Marcom Team usage
5. Filing the electronic certificate for record
6. Help to process distributor related affair if needed
