Example of Duties:

Primary Duties-

1. Greet patients and check patients in; update patient’s information (including insurance information) on Trakcare.

2. Medical record related such as filing, delivering etc.

3. Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party.

4. Set and maintain physician/clinic appointments.

5. Assist physicians with minor issues such as scanning, copying, etc.

6. Maintain sufficient doctor’s name card available in the clinic.

7. Assist physician and nurse on patient communication.

8. Maintain the waiting area tidy and clean.

9. Direct patients to the right person for inquiries.

10. Other assignments by supervisor/manager.

3. Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
