Duties and Responsibilities

1, Requires a complete and thorough understanding of ERP system, workflow and department procedures.

2, Direct processes customer orders and responsible for order follow-up request.

3, Responds in a timely and appreciate manner to customer inquiries and proactively to solve customer issues

4, Coordinate with Sales team, Finance Team on order process, act as liaison between operation team and commercial team. International Trading & Logistics knowledge is essential.

5, Perform daily work according to company compliance policy and regulations.

6, Pre-sales Authorization letter or After-sales shipping documentation preparation.

8. Reporting as of Weekly/Monthly sales performance, Prom Product data analysis, etc.

7, Other duties as assigned.
