KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)
The sales
representative main job responsibility is to manage and develop Polysilicon
business in China in coordination with the sales team manager, especially at
those customers manufacturing solar wafer for the photovoltaic and IC wafer for
the semiconductor Industry. The success is measured by growth of sales revenue,
smooth order handling, customer satisfaction, and knowledge of Greater China for
all responsibilities.
1). This position requires a basic level of management
capability to develop the local market
in close collaboration with the
existing Sales Manager and WACKER POLYSILICON.
This in detail includes:

Develop and maintain good relationship and information channel with our customer
base
- Support all activities to reach the Sales Plan / Forecast;

Support sales reporting thru generation of Power Point presentations on selected
topics.
- Contribute to local business development, (penetration of assigned
account(s) and develop new accounts);
- Initiate contacts with new customers
either by self-motivated approach or in respond to general inquiries e.g. thru
Wacker′s webpage in arrangement with local sales manager
- Support closure of
customer satisfaction claims in cooperation with Application Engineering in
Germany
2). Close follow-up of order fulfilment. This means in particular
follow-up of all activities subsequent to order receipt like cash in advance
transfer, issue of L/C′s and follow-up of payment terms.
3).This Sales
Representative is also expected to take marketing function through daily work,
to promote WACKER POLYSILICON brand in Greater China; work case by case on
projects in Greater China′s IC- and photovoltaic market, emerging customer
development and competitive intelligence.
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional
competencies)
1). Ideally the candidate should be a local Chinese, with
college graduate, major in Electronics Engineering, Material Science,
Semiconductor Process/Engineering or International Trade.
2). Around 2-4
years of working experience; experience of working for international
(photovoltaic) company are strongly preferred; familiar and comfortable dealing
with the complexities of a multicultural, multinational working environment and
matrix relationship.
3). Sales representative experience in Photovoltaic
industry is preferable.
4). Good communication skill. Good command of English
communication is a must. Capable of handling meeting/discussion of complex
topics through face to face meeting or over phone.
5.) Understanding of sales
goal achievement as major target of a company.
6). Good skill using MS
Windows Office software is a must. Experience with SAP is a plus.
