JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Draft weekly/monthly sales volume report for manager to share with bottler key stakeholders

2. Maintain Lipton Biz database including Shipment, Off-take, Shelf-life, and execution KPIs.

3. Deliver Lipton Biz Scorecard with accurate data and clear biz highlights/indication

4. Nielsen database data retrieval and cleaning

5. Deal with Contract, Payment and T&E submission

6. Handle other ad-hoc biz requests

Requirement:

1. Junior or Senior in Top Universities

2. Excellent in Excel & PPT, knowledge in Access a plus

3. Major in Business, Statistics, economy or E-commerce is preferred

4. Long-term intern for more than 6 months is preferred

5. 4 working days per week is preferred
