Responsibilities:

-          Support to prepare for the safety procedures for national safety standardization program.

-          Support to summarize audit findings and follow up the implementation of actions.

-          Support to conduct the training and account the attendance, collect the training feedback.

-          Support to prepare for the safety label and markings.

-          Support to sort the records, paper files and set it in order.

Qualification:

-          University student major in environment, safety management or related subject

-          With the fundamental SHE consciousness to implement the routine job, basic knowledge of environment protection, safety management, industrial health,

-          Has the primary awareness of system management, able to design and complete the task with the mind of PDCA

-          Good self-learning and communication skill

-          Good skill in summarize a report, skilled and experience in relevant software/tools like MS Projects, MS Office, willing to prepare for the paper work
