Job Description:

1. Maintain employee data in SAP system

2. Responsible for Caring Allowance Application

3. Deal with tickets through CRM system

4. Prepare for Communication Letter

5. Support on other assigned tasks（e.g. data consolidation, report preparation）

6. Have chance to get involved in team project

Requirements:

1. Work at least 3 days every week, and last for at least 6 months.

2. Excellent in MS office, especially Excel skills

3. Good logic & Communication skill

4. Fluent of English, both in oral and written form.

5. Interested in HR function

6. Self-motivated and hard working

7. Have strong learning ability and working initiative

Related internship experience is plus.
