JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Reports to: Retail Learning & Development Director - APAC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The Training Coordinator provides day to day administrative support to APAC Learning & Development Director and China Training Team. Ideally, the candidate will be an individual with good organizational, time management, inter-personal and multi-tasking skills.
JOB SCOPE AND TASKS
1. Coordinating various training programs and business-related activities, including New Staff Orientation Program, Jet Set Program, and Store Manager Workshop.
2. Support APAC Regional Training Director in materials translation and content preparation.
3. Update training materials and training manuals.
4. Maintain and organize training records and compile reports.
5. Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials.
6. Act as key contact with retail department in the coordination of training course.
7. In charge of training material logistics.
8. Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. University degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team
4. Good time management, organizational, time management, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
