JOB PURPOSE

职位概述

The Marketing Assistant for Accor Plus in Greater China is responsible for growing the brand equity of Accor Plus and thus increase member engagement, activation and the member base. This will be achieved by leveraging the Accor Plus platforms, providing marketing and communications expertise and support across departments and channels and creating engaging and market relevant content and experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be responsible for the WeChat daily operation, including content writing in Chinese weekly, platform analysis, back-end maintenance, and so on.

负责微信的日常运营，包括中文周刊内容撰写、平台分析、后台维护等。

Use Adobe campaign to draft and send monthly member eNews and promotional eCard.

使用Adobe活动起草和发送月度会员电子新闻和促销电子卡片。

Manage the contents on the member website and help with the offer uploading onto the website.

管理会员网站上的内容，并帮助提供上传到网站上。

Communicate with hotels to collect and verify room and F&B offers on a monthly base.

每月与酒店沟通，收集并核实客房和餐饮优惠。

Provide marketing supports to the Sales and Member Service team via efficient and accurate internal communications.

Manage marketing / promotional collateral development and production across the region.

Support the marketing and communication of exclusive member events and campaigns to the Greater China members.

Through collaboration with Accor hotels deliver dynamic and strategic content that is targeted to market and member preferences.

Knowledge and Experience

Business or marketing-related Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification

New graduates acceptable

Proficiency in WeChat maintenance

Proficiency in Chinese content writing

Understanding of loyalty program metrics would be an advantage
