Daily:

• Courier management

• Retainer & clipping fee’s payment

• Sample collection and delivery

• Big file download and upload

• Contract Related: Apply in BPM; follow up the chop process; express to vendor

• PR collateral update & arrangement on share folder ( press releases, PR photos and video)

   

Project related:

Sephora Day:

• Chase brand to collect materials

• Follow up with design team for booklet design

• Go for legal/catman review process

• Content review

• Event sample follow up with vendors

• Event related payment submission and follow up

Requirements:

1. Good communication skill
2. Interested in marketing work and makeup
3. Strong sense of responsibility
4. Need to be onboard asap, 4days a week
