Job Title: Regional Sales Director Assistant-Intern/区域销售总监助理-实习生
Department: Food Solutions/饮食策划
Location: Shanghai/上海（长宁区福泉北路）


Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to Director and to the team on daily routine work;
2. Schedules meeting and traveling arrangement, and team schedule properly;
3. Welcomes VIP visitors;
4. Prepare reports/data, presentations and correspondences;
5. Puts invoices in system and prepare basic finance reports;
6. Interact with regional peers and share regular reports;
7. Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Very fluent in English;
3. Good customer communication skills;
4. Basic finance skills (invoicing, cash flow management);
5. Intelligent, loyal, helpful, solution oriented, and has mature personalities;
6. Initiative, self-motivated and detail oriented.
7. Can work at least 4 days/ week for 6 months
