Job Description

1. Monthly & weekly sales report: design &update, follow up and summary;

2. Promotion expense tracking: update, follow up and analysis;

3. Operate the po  system and support vendor on project

4. Administrative supports to the team;

Requirements

1. Passionate and sensitive for beauty industry

2. Good sense on numbers and detail;

3. Good computer skills: excel, PPT, Word; especially Excel;

4. Good communication skills and able to work with complex situation

5. Love to take challenges and be good at multi-task & problem solving

6. Willing to establish a long-term career path in marketing and Be able to work  4 days per week
