主要职责:
1. 公司员工培训课程的跟进,包括培训前期准备、培训记录整理、课后总结等;
2. 公司员工培训费用的结算,包括前期合同拟定、后期课程培训费用结算等;
3. 计划外的培训活动的组织;
4. 人力有关的数据图表分析,包括公司员工目标设定、绩效评估等。
5. 人力各模块工作协助
Job Summary / Job Purpose
Work with the PTD team; assist and support Training Manager in creating training program and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
Training Admin and Support
•To prepare participant list
•To send training Invitation, arrange training venue booking, prepare training materials
•Collect and consolidate post-training action plan and evaluation forms, draft and send training report.
•Maintain and manage training attendance record (soft + hard copy)
•Manage training contract sign procedure and training related payment
•Cnage external training application procedure
•Responsible for monthly training record collection from other departments
•Submit training record to Mylearning system
•Support ad-hoc project
Candidate Profile
Degree & Major:Not specific request, but prefer HR and Management
Working Experience:Prefer intern experience related to Human Resource Management
Skills & Competencies:strong interpersonal and communication skill, responsible, careful and principle-orientated, high-efficient and result-orientated
Language Skills:Good written and spoken Mandarin and English
Computer Skill:Skilled in MS officeoordinate New staff orientation quarterly
