RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.       Provide assistance to IS asset management, like IS inventory management, IS procurement

协助IS部门资产管理，例如IS部门的库存管理，IS部门的采购

2.       Create and edit Lubrizol Wechat public account.

创建和编辑微信公众号推送文章

3.       Take ACD when it’s necessary, providing quality IT services.

接听IT热线，及时提供IT服务

4.       Be assistant to the SC team for routine work, pc image, software installation, etc.

协助供应团队的日常支持，电脑成像，软件安装

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

1.      Degree:  Undergraduate/Graduate education

学历：本科、硕士在读

2.      Major: preferred Computer / Information / related subject areas/professions, other areas but with IT skills are also acceptable

专业：计算机、信息以及其他相关专业，或者其他领域但有计算机技能的

3.      English skill:  can read and write English email. CET-4 is required, CET-6 is preferred.

英语水平：至少CET-4水平，CET-6更佳

4.      Good Microsoft Office, Window8/10 skills, hardware/network knowledge is preferred.

良好的微软软件操作，window 8/10,基本硬件和网络知识

5.      E-commerce knowledge and experience is preferred.

       有一定电子商务知识和工作经验者优先

6.      Good communication skill

有效沟通能力

7.      Be able to work 3  days per week with duration for at least 6 months

工作时间：每周3天，六个月实习期
