3.         CRM Acquisitions & Leads Follow-ups Implementing recruitment in CRM system

4.         CRM Loyalty Programs Creating and realize CRM loyalty program with e-Commerce team on KA project of maintaining online consumers

5.         CRM Database Engagement and Campaigns Developing  

6.         CRM Marketing Implementations Supporting Marketing on database questionnaire study, new product name testing, and management

7.         CRM Digital Innovations Built-up We-chat CRM model and recruiting mechanism

8.         Commercial CRM Developed e-Commerce CRM models and implemented in all e-Commerce platforms
