·           Answer,   screen and transfer incoming phone calls.

·           Welcome   visitors and serve drinks.

·           Office   access card daily management.

·           Manage incoming/outgoing   documents, mails and packages.

·           Setup and   coordinate meetings and appointment.

·           Company/employee benefits activities coordinating   and assisting or distribution.

·           Photocopying,   scan, maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

·           Maintain and   update files and records for phones, badges, keys, equipment facilities and   assets.

·           Office   supply, beverage, medical box, cleanser and tool purchasing, maintenance and   inventories.

·           Inventories   check-in & check-out and file updating.

·           Coordinate   maintenance of office equipment or facilities.

·           Handle   requests for information, data and assistant.

·           Prepare   and modify forms, documents, notice draft and responses to enquiries.

·            Other jobs assigned by direct manager

·           College   degree or above.

·           Previous   administration experience will be an advantage.

·           Good   command of both oral and written English, CET- 6 or above.

·           Good computer   skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc..

·           Can work   under pressure.

·           Good   communication skills.
