·         Master’s degree candidates in quantitative   disciplines (e.g. business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics,   computer science) strongly preferred. Will consider exceptional bachelor’s   degree candidates.

·          Must be able to perform advanced queries   efficiently with SQL.

·          Ideal if able to perform complex data   manipulation, analysis, and risk modeling with SAS.Practical experience implementing various   analytical and modeling methods highly desirable.

·          Must have very strong communication skills:   conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, customer   satisfaction, diplomacy, rapport building, and decision making.

·          Able to clearly and concisely articulate a series of logical arguments.

·          Skills: Excel,   PowerPoint, SQL, SAS (preferred)

·          Fluency in Mandarin and English
