· 1。 Daily responsibility
· 1.1 Pick up and get through the incoming calls.
· 1.2 Provide the guests a warm welcome with smiles.
· 1.3 Manage the express, parcels and normal mails.
· 1.4 Manage the stationery and the small office equipment.
· 1.5 Visitor Management, including but not limited to check in/out registration, temporary security card management
· 1.6 Assist HR Dept. to arrange the candidate’s paper test and interview
· 1.7 Help employees to borrow umbrellas, cell phone chargers, and provide consulting service to new comers.
· 2。 Target
· 2.1 Provide professional reception and customer service to visitors with smile in a polite way.
· 2.2 Be able to accurately transfer telephone.
· 2.3 Be able to order express, stationery, water efficiently.
· 2.4 Be able to answer questions from the employees in a courtesy way and assist employees to solve some problems.
· 2.5 Get maximum satisfaction from the employees.
