· Working with our Senior Customer Services Manager in ensuring that all our customers have a positive experience in their dealings with ILE  – provide support in on-boarding new students; resolve non-technical student issues in a timely and effective manner.

· Supporting our Sales and Marketing team in their activities which are aimed to attract new clients, both from B2B and B2C channels.

· Provide general office administrative support to help the Senior Leaders in the business to achieve their challenging business growth objectives.

· To proactively provide support and assistance in all areas of the business. (In short to be a useful and committed member of our ambitious and open team!)
