DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational work:

-         Assist Finance director on daily works.

-         Support on client commnucation for vendor registration,PO and contract signature.

-         Enter Sales Order to support sales rep and liaise with other offices for global projects

-         Responsible for system data maintenance including signed business, turnover, revenue, AR outstanding, expense, AP, etc.

-         In charge of payment, billing and AR follow up.

-         Communicate with the agency for bookkeeping, annual tax filing, auditing, etc.

-         Annual license renew, etc

-         Inter office projects cash flow management-supervised by Finance director

REQUESTED COMPETENCIES

General:

-         Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin

-         Result and customer oriented

-         Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust

-         Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability

-         Collaborative sense

Financing specific:

-         Bachelor degree or above.

-         Quality acumen with an attention to details

-         Capacity for financial acumen
