Job Description：

- Assist in Business Proposal review process, monitor the spending of A&M to be in line with the proposal for 21 marketing brands

- Perform quarterly COSO test, draw samples to ensure the approval process in compliance with the policy

- Perform SAP A&M system maintenance and ensure integrity of information in A&M project system in SAP

- Communicate with Marketing team to process the vendor maintenance in the system

- Assist the operating cash flows and annual operation plan

Job Requirement：

- 一周工作4天（prefer 5天），每周工作时间是硬性要求，并能保证持续3~6个月的实习期，十月初入职（因想顺利交接所以入职越快越好），做得好有留用机会；

- 能熟练应用各种MS Office软件，特别是Excel；

- 细心、踏实、有良好的沟通能力，日常工作会需要大量的和市场部的沟通；

- 英语语言水平良好，六级以上；

- 对Finance工作充满热情，有责任心，有相关实习经历者优先。
