Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Front desk handling
2. Visitor reception
3. Meeting room reservation
4. Mails / FAX / Message/Express & Shipment
5. Facility & equipment maintenance
6. Office cleaning & environment maintenance
7. Office supplies (including Pantry) order and prepare
8. Staff travel booking –flights/train, hotels etc.
9. Other related administrative work.
Qualifications:
1. Education / Training
- Graduate from university or college. - Good English, both oral and written
2. Experiences
- At least 1 year experience in administrative field, working in multi-national company would be preferred
3. Skills
- Good PC skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel etc.
4. Others
- Presentable, service-oriented
- Detail oriented, initiative, responsible and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Understanding of policies and procedures
- Willing to learn and commit to excellence - Good team player
