At the LEGO Group, we are looking for a creative and curious student to join our Digital Product Design team as a Student Worker. This is your chance to grow your design skills in a fun, supportive, and purpose-driven environment. 

Join the Digital Technology Team 

You'll be part of a diverse and collaborative design crew in our Market & Channels Technology organization, working on shopper and partner-facing digital experiences. We focus on delivering high-quality, human-centered design across digital platforms and eCommerce. 

What You'll Be Doing 

Concept & Ideation 

Collaborate with designers on brainstorming sessions and idea generation. Contribute fresh perspectives and creative solutions to real user problems. 

Research Support 

Assist the team with research activities such as user research, benchmarking, user testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. 

Design Execution 

Support the team in crafting user journeys, wireframes, UI visuals, icons, and interactive prototypes. Get involved in real design challenges and build a strong portfolio. 

Visual & Multimedia Design 

Contribute to the design of internal materials such as event posters, T-shirts, and presentation visuals. Assist with video editing and storytelling to help the team showcase design outcomes in a clear and engaging way. 

Design Systems & Process 

Help evolve our design library and workflows. Contribute to improving our tools, templates, and ways of working. 

Who You Are 

1. A design student (UX/UI, visual communication, multimedia design, or related field) with a strong interest in digital product design 
2. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Premiere Pro), and other design tools 
3. Strong visual sense and attention to detail 
4. A good communicator and team player 
5. Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or share ideas 
6. Proficient in English 
7. Enrolled student with at least 6 months remaining before graduation, as student status is required throughout the internship period 
8. Able to commit to a part-time role (3+ days/week) for 6 months or more
