In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects.
What you will do
1. You will assist regularly update the recruiting database to ensure accuracy of related information.
2. You will support recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates that match job requirements and schedule following interview processes.
3. You will support campus recruitment, program management and drive outreach initiatives (e.g., campus career fairs).
4. You will assist in the relevant research on human resources policies and regulations projects.
What you have
1. Open to current students from Human Resource related backgrounds, and Human resource Internship experience are preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
3. Proficient in using office software such as PPT and EXCEL.
4. Good teamwork and service awareness, be patience and kind at work and take action quickly.
5. Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of three months, with at least four days of availability per week.
